Lemo 2 problems

I bought 2 Lemo 2's a while ago and fell in love with them and the direct lung hit style
of vamping.
So much so, that I stopped using my beloved Kayfuns.
However, since I changed the coils in the Lemos, I've experienced loads of problems, especially with connectivity.
I know
What the problem is but I do t know how to rectify it.
The screw pin that connects to the base of the deck isn't making enough contact with the 510 centre pin.
As a result, I'm getting either ' no attomizer' or a fluctuation of ohm readings on my mod which varies from 0.5 - 4.5 ohms !

Any ideas anyone?

Strange that it happened after changing coils. Anyway, I had a similar issue where it wouldn't fire on my iStick30 at all and posted a solution yesterday.

Push the pin and insulator out of the bottom of the base and then insert them from the inside the opposite way the were before.

I may have the same problem but while still running the stock 0.5 ohm coil im not sure. My Istick 50(working just) wont fire it and the Dovpo TC-50 wont fire it. I havent checked the specks on the boxes so not sure yet.

Real bad QC on that front. It only works on my iStick50 but not the 30 or the SXmini. Haven't tried the other mods. The flipped pin works if I need it for the 30 but for the time being I am still using it on the 50.

 

I should say that besides that the Lemo 2 is as good if not more versatile than the Lemo and the top fill is great. Its my no 1 at the moment although with the airflow half closed.

 

Yeah I like it as well, much more than the original with Kanthal. Haven't tried it with nickel yet.

 

When my iStick 40w TC arrives, I can't wait to try the Lemo with nickel .... Although I get the feeling the 28 gauge I have might be too thin for a 3mm coil.

Does anyone have any e patience with this ?

I used 29ga for the Lemo and it was great but only managed about 5 wraps at 0.13r/2.5mm.

 

You get .13ohms with 5 wraps using 29ga ? What kind of sorcery is that..

Although I managed to get the Lemo 2 to eventually fire on the iStick 30w I never actually used it on there.

Several weeks ago I intended to, reversed the pin; didn't fire
I just went back to using it on the iStick 50w.

Recently I have been vaping the Lemo on a 24ga 0.4 Ohm coil. I just placed it on the 30w without reversing the pin. It fires.
