Kangertech pro tanks for the Innokin VTR.

While I was at a thread about the Kanger Aero Mega Tank, I saw someone ask for tanks for the VTR. I came with a short answer, but was planning at dealing with it when I reviewed the Aero Mega tank, for left it because i thought it was just to much and it deserved a special tread. While we see a lot of new tanks in the moment aimed at the mods with 18650 oo 26650 batteries and some aimed at the ego style mods, we see little or nothing for the VTR at least I don't.

I like my VTR still and beside the Iclear 30S tank in plastic, wich is designed for it, not much. But with the help from Kangertech and Micky I found a few solutions. The first one is to use a Kanger Aero Tank on the VTR it just fit fine thanks to the new airflow control is just has the right hight to fit in and the tank gives a really fine vape with good flavour.

Some of you might have the former Kanger tank the Pro Tank 3. It's also a fine tank and the coils from any Aero tank or Aero Mega Tank will also fit in here just fine. Normally the Tank is a tiny little to short, but Micky sells the Bottom part of the Aero tank called the "Kanger Airflow control valve", and by changing the bottom from the original Protank 3 with the control valve from Micky the tank just has the right hight for the VTR. And it is also a good tank.

Even the Kanger protank 2 is a possibillity. Normally it's a single coil tank and you can also use the "Kanger Airflow control valve" on this tank by just replasing the original bottom with the valve. But it will still be a single coil tank. In order to change that, Micky also sells a BCC toBCD adaptor, that allows me to use the Aspire dual coil instead of the Kanger pro single coil. Maybe I overdid it but I used both the airflow control valve and the BCC to BDC converter on the same kanger pro tank 2. It just works fine airflow control and a dual coil on the protank 2, that is modernizing. But one can also do it. It is just up to you. I only wanted to show the possibilities. The BCC cto BDC converter comes with a tiny plastic tingy, so make sure you do not lose it when unpacking and you need a plier to place it in the middle part of the tank, there is a video on Mickys sales thread.

Finally I must confess that I don't like the Kanger Pro 2 or 3's driptip therefore i changed them with the caravela driptip from Micky. The advantage of using this tanks for the VTR is that you a get a tank that is vaping well and fit the VTR and you also get a glasstank, so you can use all juices without fearing to crack the tank.
