So just saw this on FT, but it looks like FT not only sell clones but also 'borrow' pictures from other Chinese vendor's sites:

    $48.95 Authentic Kanger Dripbox 160W TC E-Cigarette Starter Kit (Black) - 7ml / 0.2ohm / 2*18650 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

So there's a 40 day wait for this
FT put up a few pictures, the first one says 'Picture Provided by Manufacturer'

The second picture also says 'Picture Provided by Manufacturer'
However, they forgot to remove the BIG AVE40 Logo from it...LOL..
    AVE40 is another Chinese vendor..

Or the 'manufacturer' borrowed the picture from AVE40 and sent it to FT, never thought of that one

Just grabbed the Kanger Dripbox 60 Watt, 7 ml Squonk Tank version, via Cigabuy with their Mother's day discount from $44 down to $19.99--shipping to my new address--not in LOS, so hopefully it won't get knicked.
    **Updated**
I grabbed the smaller version, the Kanger 60 Watt DripBox, Squonker, on Cigabuy for $19.99, during their Mother's day promo--I'm shipping it to our 'new' address, not LOS--
this is it, but they appear to have jacked it up a few bucks-
$22.43 $44.86 - Authentic Kanger Dripbox Mod Starter Kit - Black - Cigabuy

Personally, and I know that V is not a Kanger fan but I am fairly impresed by their ability to innovate at the moment--a nice little, easy to use, squonk box--which will also take the Velocity squonk version, sounds great.

@haybilly - one of those dripbox mods arrived here a few days ago. After playing with it quite a bit already, it is getting a clear thumbs up. Especially considering the price, it's pretty darn good.

Of course, the first time eyes were placed on the new 160W model was the day it arrived! After the initial natural reaction ( clutching at the sky, head back, long winded, "nooooooooooooooooo!" ) subsided, still have no regrets. This little guy is a totally different mod. Lightweight but solid, a stealthy simple device. Perfect for taking out when doing something physical like raiding a village or hijacking a transport vessel. If its dropped and scratched or lost completely its not like its an authentic mechanical or anything... plus it will perform well while in motion because of its sturdy construct and design. There are times when you just want a reliable vape and cannot be bothered by fiddling with some device and its quirks. This is bare bones.

So far, a few home made conversion RDA bottom feeders have been tested with it and no issues with it handling those other atties. Would like to hear your take on it once you've put it through paces.

@-V- : there was a time not too long ago when it was decided to never buy a kanger anything ever again. This is the first thing since then. To be fair, it was probably anger at the state of the tech at the time and not really any poor form on the part of kanger. In any case, do not know your issue with them but the point is sometimes being an absolutest does not serve you best. Snubbing a whole company without giving a specific product a fair glance, you could miss something decent.

And that would be a tragedy! heh heh.

meh, for what its worth, a few satang worth to think about. cheers, y'all.

Thanks for that, Darth, I'm looking forward to getting hold of the little blighter. I have one other squonk device, but never fully got into it--I will give this a good try.
Also, concerning V's previous problems with Kanger, I can only re-iterate what you've said--I have a couple of their more recent devices [a couple of Subtanks, with the RBA, and an Nebox, with same RBA,] and both have done well.

So yer liking the nebox,eh? Had another egrip (have 1, lost 1 and another is disassembled possibly not to be revived...) in a basket at ecig.com for 15 usd a few days ago and still didnt pull the trigger. Trying to just stop collecting already... But 15 bucks? Funny thing is because the cart was abandoned, an email was sent offering another 5% off... 14.25! Do you know the egrip? If so, how does the Nebox compare to it?

And what is your other bottom feeder?

NeBox, got 2 both useful for cunning around, EGrip got one depending on the coil, it's not bad.

Personally, will never buy coils so its rba only with everything.

Egrip with rba is great once you get it right but that hole in the center just loves to drain juice. Only downside for the first 2. Skipped the third cause no rba... The new one coming apparently has 2 types. Self-Calling bs on the last post, will keep collecting. Now have to check the nebox and the new egrip out and pick up some bargain version 1's and 2's and...

I completely agree about RBAs and used them in all three above devices, but sometimes got spitbacks, especially with the NeBox, and found that using the SSOCC 0.5 Ohm worked best- my EGrip,I believe is the first or second edition, and I had to get the RBA as a separate item, not sure which I prefer yet since I haven't found a good wicking system for the RBA and get spit from that also- I reckon around 1.00 Ohm to 1.2 Ohm works best.
Yes, we both are collectors, for sure- I will be keeping my eyes open once back in the West.

Try Scottish roll wicking on the rba in Nebox which I am using on my Nebox rba.
