just got back from a extended vacation and it seems tons of stuff changed
like the vaping is no illegal in public and even fineable ...

i basically wanted to step by and quickly ask what new attys (open draw) and box mods are recommended those days ... and where is it still safe to order at all?

 

Ordering from abroad is risky as a lot of stuff is being seized.

Yeah out on ws last night all paranoid walking past the BNB hiding my mod by my side. Now in the bars i have to look around before i take hit.. Its fluking stupid to punish us for trying to improve our health. Makes zero sense, but then i remind myself where i live now.

 

Yep. Ho-ly crap!

 

Things are bad, that's for sure...
But let's put things in perspective; probably thousands of vapers in Thailand and as far as I know, we heard about a single fine story...
Now better be safe than sorry but imho, there's a little bit of paranoia about it all.
The situation might evolve (probably for the worst) and in the meantime, we should be careful... but let's not overreact.

For the moment this appears to be restricted to Bangkok--though possibly may not stay that way for long. Does anyone have any indications of authorities elsewhere acting against vapers ?

 

Welcome back! Yes, some bad days currently for vaping in Thailand...

 

I believe you can vape at home with complete safety but outside it is a risk.

 

I was sat in a bar/restaurant in Thong Lo soi 12 (?) a few weeks ago, and several people were openly vaping. Nothing said to them, no evidence of them 'stealth vaping' or anything.

 

Just today, some technical school students just across the street from there school at a beverage store smoking cigarettes as usual but also playing around with an vaping device. No i did not greet them which was on my mind first.... they are under age abd should not do either one of what they were doing but that's how it is....... and who am i to judge them....

Today the security guard of my condo, after he had seen me vaping many times, asked me to try !
I obviously accepted and handed him my subox
He then looked at hit for about 1 full minute. I explained to him that he needed to press the fire button and then it's show time !

He took a cigarette of his pack, putted it in his mouth, took the subox, touch his cigarette with the drip tip and pressed the fire button...

I cried a little bit...

I have a Thai neighbor that smokes cigarettes. He has seen me vaping and came over to talk to me about it. My GF had to translate but the long and short of it, he travels a lot to China and has seen a lot of people vaping. He wanted to see my gear and juices. He asked a lot of questions and basically said he wanted a kit. He knows that vaping is healthier and wants to stop cigarettes. The GF told him about the legalities and he basically said "I don't worry about the police". So there you go.
