They are not packaged with the sleeves. At least the production run and packaging mine came in didn't and I understood that was normal. Actually, the silicon sleeve on my D2 was one of my biggest knocks. The other being the paint. The silicon for D2 not so well fit and changing the battery a pain. The D3 is really nice and the paint seems tougher. A real solid and stealthy mod that does TC very well.

Got mine from FT -no sleeve. Paint job is much improved and overall look and feel is great. I don't TC so in standard mode I confirm this is top notch. I personally never use sleeves - prefer a quick battery change (ie never use the charger cable). This is a good landed price from Big and the unit is a great mid tier Mod.

 

A great price from Big. Only 200 baht more than FT, and it's here. Just as I had decided on the Evic Vtc Mini, I saw this.
The way things seem to be going with low priced TC mods, if I wait a week to decide, I'll have three more to consider, and so on ad infinitum.

Bigby-pass, SX130H V2 was the prototype. It had inaccuracies at low wattages (below 15 W). Your devices should be with SX150H, a very easy to use and trouble free vape both in power and in TC mode.
