Importing juice with 0mg nicotin

    As my understanding is, custom is more restrictive than ever with juice import.
    Is it the same rule regarding juice with zero nicotin? Is the label enought to "blacklist" it?

    I think you could fight it. I don't know how successful you would be, but you are not breaking any law. As I understand it the law states that is illegal to sell (and buy) liquid nicotine. If there is no nicotine, you aren't breaking the law. BUT we all know that if they choose to confiscate there is not much you could do about it.
