Icon vs Druga RDA

What do you think of the Icon RDA? I was considering buying one of those.

I'm torn between the Icon and the Druga

 

I have Druga, and i'll get icon next week and then i can compare

I have just seen that Vandy Vapes are coming out with the Pulse 22 next week in the UK, its a squonk compatible, single coiler and apparently leak proof. mmmmmm, interesting. Just so happens I'm travelling to the UK in a couple of weeks so just ordered one.

I didn't have chance to test the druga, but i really like the icon.
Easy to build in, nice flavor, squonking pin if you are into it.
I have several RDA, and this is my favorite one for now.
Only a 1,000THB, so don't think too much and take it. You won't regret.

Yes, but as its a single coil RDA there should be plenty of room, @anasbois I Bit the bullet and ordered the icon also.

Finally got My Icon, im really struggling to get a decent flavour from it. Im rocking dual alien claptons that punch around 0.16 Ohms and tried around 10 different juices, most of which i have used regularly in tanks so i know how they should / can taste but they are so weak tasting. and thats just the ones that actually have a taste, some are like nothing at all.

Tried various wattages and wicking methods also and its just a bit of a let down.

 

Usually around 50 to 65 watts but i have tried everything from 27 watts to 90 watts.

 

I did get a slight improvement by changing the cotton.

I had been using vaping outlaws organic japanese pads, and the coil master organic pads, so i cracked open a pack of cotton bacon and its better, not as good as my tanks but better. Hopefully after a bit of break in it will sort itself out.

 

Can you source that locally? I will give the cotton bacon a bit more of a run in, only on my first usage and back to the tank for work anyway, Dripper is purely a sitting on my ass in front of the telly device

I have tried dual round wire micro coils 7 wraps on 3mm ID and 2.5mm ID decent vape, lacking flavour. Regular Claptons, muted flavour and horrendous spit back burning the bejesus out of my mouth, and now the Alien Claptons again monster clouds decent vape just really lacking flavour.

Currently rocking Hive coils in my Pharoah RTA, they work well but again fairly muted flavour. These are all pre-built coils im currently trying, just on the offchance that my own builds were junk.

Therefore I can only surmise that it is either: A) crappy juice; i bought a crap ton of non TPD complient juice just before the UK regs came into force which could be wattered down since it was so cheap, synical I know but meh. Or B) the cotton. which i have changed out so will see how it goes.
