making home made juice with chemical supplies i get from local vendors, i use VG/PG as a base and add food grade flavoring. Most of the flavoring is usually PG or alcohol based, for alcohol based ones i leave the bottles after mixing them well open for a day so the alcohol can evaporate, then i steep them.
I use an industrial grade Ultrasonic Cleaner, it has a neat capacity and can hold up to 12 30ml bottles at once and could run for 12h + non stop ( i do not run it for that long, usually i run it for 2-3 h and then let the liquid rest for 1 h. I first steep with caps off, then caps on, helps getting out alcohol and some other substances that come with flavoring.

getting nice results but not all types of flavoring taste good or how they are supposed to. feel free to ask questions or share your experience.

The mixing not too difficult, the problem comes in choosing good quality flavourings and then finding out what % is good for you. Ive only used US flavourings in the past and been happy with most, about 70-80% of the flavours. If your using 2 or more flavours to make something a little more complex then it can get very difficult, the problem being you need a clean dripper, wick and coil for each test so you don't get cross contamination.

Another thing to consider is sterilisation, I always use a combination of sterilising fluid and hot water then finally steam. I only use water that has gone through a sterilising process of silver ion and UV treatment. which is the highest standards for drinking water set by the WHO.

Yeah I have a question, two actually :

    - What's your photo filter ?
    - Who draw your logo ?

And thanks for the info on DIY juice, it's interesting. Some of us here DIY as well, @Mack probably the most advanced among us. He sure has great recipe :)

I've been happy with the flavorings from The Flavor Apprentice. Costs $3.25 for 15 ml., I usually mix around 10%. Their cheapest shipping option, non-registered air mail makes it from Santa Cruz, California to Chiang Mai is less than a week. Make small orders, 4-5 bottles, so if it gets lost you're not too out of pocket, and slips under any customs radar.

    Great recipe resource: dot1ml.com.

    Good luck!

yeah there are some good flavorings like the brand Capella for example.
for mixing there are some juice calculators that can take into account of your flavoring is PG based but from try and error you get some better results sometimes, as not every flavor has the same concentration.
i use UV/ion filtered water as well.
I have a whole bunch of drippers i use for testing, have to rewick it of course but that is done quickly. Mostly it takes patience with the liquids, steeping them in 1 day will not do the job for most flavors, they need time to age and alcohol based flavorings need at least an extra day to get rid of the alcohol.
i usually mix 2-4 different liquids at different dosages and write it on the lables so i know how to reproduce it or how to adjust it if it does not taste good. VG/PG ratio is important too, PG is the better solvent for flavors but VG makes the better clouds. i usually mix 50/50 - 70/30

Nice, thanks, i will check it out.
importing flavorings should not cause problems with customs as long as it is declared properly and not too much liquid.
importing nicotine is a problem as it's a narcotic and it will get stuck at the customs along with anything else that was in the package.

    **Updated**
I don't use photo filter apps, i do edits in photoshop to contrast and values.

I'm using TFA, Capella and FA flavors. Usually, mixing 3-5 flavors with 70/30 or 60/40 for creamy E-juices and 50/50 for fruity E-juices. Steeping time 1-2 weeks.
What's the percentage of sucralose/EM and menthol/cooling agent used in your DIY? For mine, 1-2% sucralose/EM and 2%-6% menthol/cooling agent.
