    Just wanted to share about what i use instead of the usual VG.
    I was recommended this by someone over ona UK Forum, it doesn't contain Palm Oil, so it's helping the planet too...

    Value Health Glycerin B.P - 200ml - Boots

    99P for 200ml and always available off the shelf in their stores here in the UK, don't think they have it in Thailand Boots though...

    Been using it for a while now and it's just fine...
