Things that are illegal to import you cannot pay duties on, they can only be confiscated.

After they stopped sending packages to Thailand for a few months I never tried them again.

I recently received two shipments from Gearbest include a tablet pc. No fee, no duty and both shipments were received in a reasonable time.

If you’re talking about vape gear, then it will either get through (use registered air mail only) or it won’t (seized by Customs). Since the import of vape gear is banned, there’s no chance of paying duty.

As far as I know Gearbest will not ship vape items to Thailand. They will ship batteries and I have used them for that several times. Very fast service.

I haven’t checked recently (as in 2018) but I got a shipment of coils from GB near the end of last year.

I've ordered vaping stuff from them in the past without issue but last time I tried they said they couldn't ship to Thailand anymore.

I'm not sure 100/100 of my answer:
looking at your post about the fishbone parts problem , some companies as FT ....., 6 months ago, continue to send parts to LOS (as glass for "glass" , "tube" , "wire"). but I don't know about now.

i dont know if its "safe" or not, i do know that their service/customer service is awful. Would never use them unless they were my only option.

This is my opinion, sure others feel different.

that's so true (service customer of some low price vaping companys could be sometimes more than awful, detestably) , IMHO for small and inexpensive replacement parts (as o-rings , replacement glass etc...) we really like to get, it's not pain.
If paying with pay-pal after more than 2 (3/4) months , we can expect a refund.
