    He has a point with the nicotine but his delivery of said point is laughable.
    UK already has a ban on nicotine stronger than 72mg, I am sure that is in place to prevent such incidents (I don't know the lethal dose of nic spillage).
    Of course if it was drank it would be lethal in many cases, as would bleach etc..

    I am calling for a ban of ceramic hobs.
    Only yesterday I forgot the ring was hot and melted my spachelor.
