    KFL ... Kayfun Lite???

i would say its very hard to say that cause even at FT there are so many different models, imho any kayfun is better then none, havent really seen one which performs terrible

You should have seen my CLT one before I fixed it, there where no liquid channels at the deck.

i had the exact same problem-they sent me a replacement deck that also sucked-stripped threads etc...

my last KFL clone from fastech is also causing me headaches--chronic flooding problems--after multiple rewicking and trying several things i can't stop it from flooding--it just pours out the airhole--worked fine for first 2 tanks-then i added jiuce one time and now non-stop flooding.

my 2 Big bypass KFLS have worked fine

yes kayfun lite--2 purchased from bypass-work fine--no issues... 1 purchased from Fastech.. problems

i think what i am getting at is whether there is a quality difference in the Bypass KFls and the fastech KFL's--am i just as likely to have problems with bypass kfl's?

I think all the vendors are in the same boat, so its not there problem and they are happy to replace. Would be nice to get some good QA from one of the manufactures, I thought Hcigar had better QA. As the manufactures do give garentess maybe the sellers should still be inspecting the products, maybe cleaning them out as well before selling. The 3.1 clones are all around 750bht out of china for large orders and 1200+ bht here, maybe not to much to ask the venders to check them over too?

I haven't seen any major differences. The 3 I currently have from FastTech all work fine, although I did deepen the juice channels on them. Having seen the ones from Big, I would have done the same on those as well.

that's also what i thought but there are differences as the KFLs are made in more than 1 factory

im having chronic flooding leaking with my only FT lite. tried 4 cotton builds-nothing works--seals seem ok--im talking massive leaking out the air duct

Its a chunk of metal and O-rings, there aren't a whole lot of things that can go wrong with it.

i have narrowed it down to being an issue with the deck unit...the base of this has a clear oring---i just cant believe its a wicking issue--after 4 tries with builds that work fine on my other 2 kayfuns
