i would really like to see some FAQ compiled somewhere here, the typical newbie is just overwhelmed what stuff there is to explore with e cigs, i actually would have never ever believed there is so much
so questions like whats a coil in a atomizer, whats the difference, whats drip fed, and all that stuff which raises only questionsmarks for me

i know its learning process but since this is the feedback and suggestion subforum i ll thought i share it :D

Thanks for the feedback. However the forum has a search function which you can use in the meantime.

The team will look into building a FAQ.

If I knew that it was something that other vapers could add to and that it would be on the forum homepage for all new vapers to read, I would be happy to spend the time and lay the foundation for a work in progress FAQ for everyone.

    Vapermorphs, Spacemunk and Mash.

The ball is on your court.

    Let me know

+1 faq sounds like a great idea.

On pbasardo's youtube channel page the video that autoplays - "Beginners Guide to E-Cigs and E-Cig Tech" is absolutely invaluable for a complete newb. Goes through all the terminology we love to use, but which sounds all but meaningless to the uninitiated. Also covers VV/VW and resistance theory pretty well.

I'd also say so kind of vv/vw chart deserves a place in the faq ... last thing you want is someone melting their 1st clearo vaping at 6 volts! Per tumblr_m9dkanCt0I1qc8949o2_1280.jpg
This stuff is subjective for a 'good vape' of course ... just the red maximum limits are good to know :)

I'm actually against the idea for the vaping FAQ. I don't think this forum needs to be everything to everyone. There are plenty of sites out there that stay current with beginner stuff, I would like to see it more focused on what is going on in Thailand. Just my 2 cents.

FAQ will be good for starters , anything beyond that people should be able to google.

I think a FAQ is a good idea because we should be inclusive and not exclusive. As vapers don't we have a moral duty to inform all of those less fortunate smokers out there?

I think the FAQ should be more focused on vapers in Thailand with some useful links to recommended vendors and possibly some other links to get started with.

It doesn't have to be an encyclopedic explanation, just the basics should be enough. And if the newbie wants to know more, then ask any of the forum members.

Let's continue the debate and come to a consensus about what we, collectively think we should do.

i just like the idea, cause without some 1st steps initial guidance, noobies are just overwhelmed by all that stuff there is.

i think even a small thread for noobies, say watch those videos first, ....

    and

    would help a lot

i dont expect to see some total guide, just something to clear on the biggest question marks, but as it was mentoned already watching those clips is a huge help already
