EGO CE4 battery problem

Hi,

one of the batteries I am using is EGO CE4, and it is now impossible for me to start it !

First, compared to my other EGO batteries CE5 model, the use of this one looked strange since the beginning: the button cannot be pushed-in, it is working just by "touching" it... But now, when touching it nothing happen ! When I am connecting it to the charger, the light is well flashing at first, and then become unlit. Initially was thinking it was simply off, but even following the starting procedure (touching the button for 5 times rapidly), nothing happen again...

In summary, I assume that it is completely dead... but if by chance someone has a solution, would be great of course !

 

I believe CE4 is a brand of clearo, not a battery?

Regardless, I've had this happen to a few of my Ego batteries and have never found a solution. It is likely dead
