Ecighealthy Vendor Warning

    Just wanted to tell you about my experience with this vendor.

    I recently ordered some Mt Baker e-liquid from them

    2x15ml - Caramel Candy
    2x15ml - Caramel Apple
    2x15ml - Vanilla Butternut

    I received my vape mail today and this is what I got.

    I contacted them and they said that they were out of Caramel Candy & Vanilla Butternut. WTF? So just to make a sale they sold me some other random juice!

    Okay, so he said I can change it, but that is besides the point. Why should I have to waste my lunch break trekking to the bloody post office or to his shop (Oh yeah and I knew that he would never come to my condo, just wanted to make a point)

    Oh yeah, the label on the parcel was different too. It actually came from someone else.

    I dont know whether to laugh or cry ,your had 2 strike outs in the past weeks .I tried that facebook page on the box and it goes to the ovale thailand page .Many of these thai vendors have the most terrible customers service ,best to stick with big ,micky or vapor mist at least he speaks and write native english .Hopefully you will be able to pass them off on here .

    Really sorry for this man, not cool.

    I have purchased from him, he speaks little english and yes, not customer oriented to say the least.

    Fortunatly for him he has a LOT of stock for his juices. I bought severals bottles and my russian there, always walked to the shop.

    They are not nice or welcoming, they barely give a rat a** about you but I don't go there to make friends so I don't care much.

    But he does not look like a bad person, only like someone who want to make some money out of his hobby without any hassle.

    I bet if you go back to the shop things will settle down, just because he doesn't care for arguing.

    It sucks that you have to do that though but that is, I am sure, a solution.

    Redhotchilli, thanks for the alert. I, too, was torn between laughing and crying. But I know what you're going through...I've had similar mystifying conversations during my time here. Sometimes the logic displayed is incomprehensible.

    I'm sorry for what happened and agree with Tibo that a visit there would probably be the very best. My experience has been quite good overall and I think they do care....at least the main few people I have dealt with including the owner. I've had only a couple very minor frustrations or misunderstandings but completely chalk them up to cultural differences and language limitations (My own with Thai and theirs with English). Tibo's observation about the owner and it being a hobby he has taken to business is probably right on the mark. I personally think that he's a nice guy and I'm sure he'll make things right.

    i had a order last week .. same problem ..

    Ordered 2 diffrent Pink Spot Liquids and 1 are in the package which i really don't want !

    after i tried to talk to him and he didn't answer anymore !

    Looks like you can't buy anthing Online there !

    It's a great pity cuz his shop isn't that bad .. He's selling nice original Mod's but in that case we better be careful :don't!:

    Just buy at the shop, easier and safer :)

    The only reason I buy online with Micky is because he doesn't have a shop. I choose a shop anytime over the internet.

    Mostly this is what you get when you buy online with a vendor that doesn't have any record of satisfaction rating with customers.

    I bought something branded last month for 24 dollars and I got another not branded thing shipped that was a different model and cheaper. I wrote them an e-mail with a photo of the product and got this reaction back:

    Dear customer,

    Thank you for your order, yes the item your order might be out of stock, then we sent you a silimar one, we can refund you partial payment for this, sorry for any inconvenience might cause for you

    Yeah, I am not having much luck am I? I usually buy direct from MBV but since they have stopped making 50ml and 100ml bottles, it is less cost effective. The best deal is their 236ml bottle which I get my Cinnamon Roll for 1790 Baht but I am wanting to test out more flavours before I go for a big bottle. I like using Micky and have used him quite a few times, alas he was out of stock. I've also used Vapor Mist (really nice guy) and have just recieved some juices from him. I'll give the juices a go, I might even like them. Otherwise, yeah I will try selling them on here

    I have only ever purchased at the shop itself. Sounds like online/email/SMS arrangements with them can be problematic. Disappointing and I hope he can fix it for doing business that way. Micky and Big have both been consistently great for me with online purchases....Vapor Mist too.

    I know he'll be all right, he said he was more than willing to change them. It's just messed up that he didn't tell me from the start.

    Yep, Micky is a good guy. Which is why he gets a lot of repeat business.

    Agreed, very unprofessional of him and thanks for sharing your unfortunate experience.

    We now should be aware that this shop is not reliable online.
