    Finaly the wife complained about how to clean her watch and gold again today, not that I was leading her in that direction lol. So quick trip to Amorn in Khonkaen and shes very happy tonight. So guys, does this thing have other uses lol? For those of you that have experience with this and steeping, what are your recomendations?

    I have read that hot to the touch water, not enough to burn so around 40C for 30min-1hr (sorry about the vagueness but read something new the other day on times) is meant to be about 1 week of steeping.Caps on so as not to risk contaminating the juice. That's as far as I go as I don't use ultrasonic as yet to steep. Just time. lol

    I use boiled tab water and dish detergent, then under running tab water.

    I've read that a little Simple Green in tap water works well, too.

    Draino is good. If you can't find that, use caustic soda.

    Or go to any hardware store and ask for "soda fire"

    POS died after only a few uses...now have this one (from Amazon UK...shipping cost as much as the unit...but that's what happens when you have a good idea on Vodka LOL)

    Whoa, I'd call that quite the upgrade! Sorry the cheapie from Lazada failed on ya. Mine's worked well but will have my fingers crossed it stays that way.
