1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.
Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.

I'm getting started with building coils for RDAs and RBAs. I'd like to make some for "stock", for practice and save time later, when I'm busier with other things. Have ordered various sizes of Kanthal from 28g to 22g

Guesswork and Steam calculator answers some questions, but there's certainly shortcuts from people who've been there and done it already.

Any tips or words of warning from the experienced ?

Thanks @Siam Diesel , had wondered what they were like, they are neatly built and no effort at all in the building department :)

I tried some of them, but did not like them at all.
And if you got the wire, to build a coil is really very simple. What may difficult in some atty's is more to place it correctly. And a built coil may last for weeks, just dry burn it a little and in with new wicking materiel of your preference. .
But if you cant be bothered I'm sure the FT coils will work to.

Yep, just got to boil them (or ultrasonic cleaner...or both) for awhile before using. Can't take credit for it, though...the tip came from @colind88 who swears by them.

    I resemble that remark! :p

Must be an "in joke" their ... whoosh, straight over my head :)

I looked in Amorn for Ultrasonic cleaner, but couldn't see. I've often visited Amorn and wondered what the hell I would do with one, and now I want one, they "no have" !

I use Google translate to find what I want https://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=th&u=http://www.ecigzaa.com/&prev=search

But you'll need someone who speaks Thai to help with the checkout coz it ain't straightforward

It's a great kit...and that looks like the latest version.

E-Liquid Thailand has them available as well...contact him via LINE. He's very easy to work with and speaks good English.
