Attn. Udon Thani vapors

Need a bit of help finding something.

I am looking for a reliable dentist in Udon Thani that can handle crowns and possibly implants. Got a complete fix up in Pattaya a few months ago and one of my teeth that is apparently perfect has just broken off at the gum eating bloody rice. Pretty sure something was missed. Lol

Any contact details for a practice much appreciated.

 

@Dieter. is living there for a long time if i recall. He probably have a good recommendation ?

 

No sorry @pierdon I have no expirience with dentist, but i Wonder if you could recommend the clinic that your GF. used?
I can try to ask some friends tomorrow and then tell you in here tomorrow.

Wattra is good, but often very busy.
I've had a crown put in at AEK hospital dental and other work done at Bangkok hospital dental.
Was happy with both. Usually can walk-in and be seen that day.

 

Unfortunately it was BKk hospital Pattaya that "missed" the problem when fixing that tooth in the first place. But I will have a look there anyway.

 

My previous visit to the dentist was a shambles too. I had a check up and needed a few fillings (my teeth are weak as weak stuff) so arranged an appointment for a few days later for 3 fillings, a polish and a check up for my daughter.

Went back, different dentist. She did 2 fillings, refused to do the third and refused to do the polish. My daughter whom I had removed from school for the afternoon was also refused her check up.

After commenting on her lack of professionalism she mentioned "I don't care if you don't pay".
Needless to say I left there and then and am also looking for a new dentist.

Oh, the filling she did fell out 4 weeks later.

 

That sounds about right the one I went to tried to fill perfectly good teeth on two separate occasions. Stopped her just before she started drilling. She kept opening the wrong bloody file on the computer and thought I was someone else. Even though there was no obvious problem she insisted that my good tooth had a large cavity and might need a crown.

 

I had used the same Surgery for 8 years and never had any issues, I also had a good relationship with the receptionists.

I had never had this particular dentist before.

I felt bad for the receptionists as they were there in the room at the time.

The filling falling out a month later was the icing on the cake and confirmed my decision not to part with any money for the work she had done

 

when she stuffed up the chart the second time I just walked out making enough noise at reception for any English speakers to know what happened.
