    Hi,
I got an ASPIRE VIVI NOVA BDC delivered yesterday .
I could not get the thing going.
It has an issue with the base where it connects to the battery. There's a tiny piece there that needs to be adjusted occasionally according to the YouTube videos. They make it look so easy.
But when mine came I had the issue but could not fix it.I got it going once or twice but
it always stopped after a few pulls.
Then finally the tiny piece flew off the end of the screwdriver and I couldn't find it again
So I'm only half halfheartedly asking if there is some where where I can buy the part again.
The whole thing looked like it was never going to work well anyway.

Or maybe some one has a technical solution.
It was the Bpsardo review on YouTube that swung it for me,he is usually good.

Anyway do I write this one off to experience or does somebody have a better solution.
    Thanks,
P.S. I don't recommend the VIVI NOVA ASpIRE

I had pretty much the same thing. I'm really impressed with the flavour of the Aspire BDC, but the build quality is terrible.

For me it's a 50/50 chance of getting a connection when I connect it to my pv, then I have to take it out and pull the post out a bit and a lot of messing around..

Not at all like the i30s, or the Protank, where I can get a clean connection every time without messing around.

I won't be buying any more Aspire BDC, even the CE5 isn't very good quality.

I'm going to stick with i30s from now on. They are built well, they look good and I think they will last a long time too.
