    There's plenty of dual battery mods that reach in excess of 200w. Of course you'll need fully charged 20A+ batteries; coils at the appropriate ohms, and even then you'll only get one or two vapes at that power, but they do what they say (of course not all of them). The $30 Eleaf Invoke can hit 219w.
    No idea about this mod.
