No shame here and no need for @ThatFarang to be embarrassed. Where here to help, gaining all the knowledge about vaping, electronics and safety is not easy.

Its quite normal to think that a battery is a battery, and if sold to end users then it would be safe. Its not the case with Li-Ion battery's and the dangers, even with a camera or phone battery should be made more clear.

I agree--you should give us all a shout-out so we know what's up--and, check out the fastTech link--they even have the updated Samsungs, which I would love to buy, but I have far too many of the previous version to afford to just replace them. Most folks on here will be using Samsung, LG, AW, Efest and probably not much else, I reckon.
