New batteries

    I searched the topics but could not find the info I'm looking for.

    When buying a new battery, it comes with a partial charge. My question is, do you use it right away until it's drained and then charge it fully or do you fully charge it first before using it?

    I read somewhere that these things have like a "memory" and will only charge what you put into it on the first charge regardless of the state of charge.

    Would be interested to hear if he still has batts. I ordered my last bunch from the EU but that was quite some time ago.
    There's a company on Lazada called Vapcell Thailand that looks interesting.
